🔸 Gallery opening dates and cut off dates will be posted a few days before they open.  A notification will be sent out when the gallery goes live.  Please be patient, this will be sent out as soon as the pictures are available for viewing and ordering.

🔸 There will be a 7 to 10 day period where you can place your order.  A notification will go out a few days before your Gallery Opens up.  We will also post the opening date here on the website at the same time, as soon as we get all the pictures prepped for viewing!!

🔸 Any orders placed on or before the “Cut Off Date” will be delivered to the team along with your “Memory Mate” package. You will not have to pay for shipping before the “Cut Off Date”.

🔸 Any pictures ordered after the posted “Cut Off Date” will be shipped directly to the customer at a fixed cost shipping rate.

🔸 Photos will be delivered back and handed out by your team before the end of the playing season. You will be notified by the coach or manager of your team when and where you can pick up your “Memory Mate” and “Order”.
